Free Self Pickup
Looking to save on delivery fees? We offer free customer pickup from our Northwest Austin warehouse by appointment.
Many of our tables, chairs, linens, and other rental items can be transported in pickup trucks, cargo vans, trailers, and larger SUVs. Our team will have your order staged and ready for pickup during your scheduled appointment time.
Free self pickup is a popular option for backyard parties, graduation celebrations, school events, and budget-conscious customers.
Delivery & Pickup
We offer delivery and pickup services throughout Austin and many surrounding communities. Delivery fees are based on distance from our Northwest Austin warehouse, order size, and site accessibility.
Typical delivery and pickup fees start at:
• Local Austin Area: Starting at $200
• Extended Austin Area: Starting at $250
• Outer Service Area: Starting at $300
Additional fees may apply for stairs, elevators, long walking distances between the unloading area and event location, restricted access venues, or special delivery time requirements.

Setup & Breakdown Services
Our standard delivery service includes placing rental items in a single location at your venue. Tables and chairs are delivered stacked and are not set up unless setup service is added to your order.
For customers who prefer a hands-off experience, setup and breakdown services are available for an additional fee. Our team can arrange tables, place chairs, and help ensure your rental items are ready for your event.
Setup and breakdown services are especially popular for weddings, corporate events, galas, and larger gatherings.
